Miracle Mobility ships within 2 business days of processing the order and we utilize UPS ground for all shipments. All scooter and wheelchair shipments require a signature and will not be left at the door unless a signature is secured. Parts orders do not require a signature. Our warehouse is located in the greater Los Angeles Metro Area in Ontario, California. Ship times vary by location but you can expect to receive your Miracle Mobility device within 5-7 business days.
All UPS ground shipment orders include free shipping. If you prefer a rush order, we offer UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Overnight shipping. For expedited shipping services, additional charges will be calculated by your delivery address, plus an additional $50 handling fee for expedited shipping. The shipping cartons used by Miracle Mobility are large and heavy. Please do not attempt to move them by yourself. Below are the expected transit times for delivery of your mobility device.
