We have recently purchased the Freedom Gold Series for my husband who has increasing mobility issues specific to his left side from progressive MS. This chairs offers a continuing pathway for independence the goal of such a diagnosis. Angel the organizer and cheerleader ( she uses a Miracle Mobility product) and Dan the owner, go out of their way to insure everyone is in the proper device for their immediate and long term needs. The chair can be set to use the remote control via the dominant hand, light weight, I can lift it independently. ***** could as well, if needed to but would require a long process. We have traveled with it only in our vehicle, a Chevrolet Equinox. I can stand it in the trunk area and still have space for a suitcase, etc with it. BTW….Villagers, it fits on the back of a golf cart!! Uses the same straps as golf bags to secure in place. I hope to get a bag for it for the airplane.
