Ordered a wheelchair and received confirmation on December 2nd with a notice that it usually ships within a couple of days. Received a second notice that it had been shipped by FedEx. FedEx has found the notice that it will be shipped but hasn’t been called. Have worked through FedEx and Costco with no results. I called the company and was told they were only a sales company. Would really appreciate any help to uncover what really happened

Since the initial post, their customer service representative has contacted me, was very apologetic and sent the wheelchair immediately. Also provided a gift as compensation. Also gave me a phone number and email address..
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH BOTH THEIR RESPONSE AND YOUR HELP. THANKS
