Their customer service is great to work with. We had an issue with one of the wheelchairs and ***** from Miracle Mobility called us to walk through some trouble shooting and she was very knowledgable about the wheel chair. In the end we were not able to resolve the issue and she scheduled for our defective wheel chair to be picked up and a new one expedited from a warehouse that is relatively closer to my home state so that we could get it faster.If you are not sure if you should be buying from them…I would say just buy it as their products are high quality and support is amazing.
