Difficult to fold and heavier than anticipated

I bought this chair because it was advertised as being convenient to travel with. I strongly disagree and will be returning it.

1. Weight – I don’t have a scale so I can’t confirm its actually 55lbs, but it feels much heavier to me.
2. Easy to fold into travel/carry mode – No. I still can’t get the thing to fold completely per the instructions.
3. The seat back is unpadded and I can feel the metal frame press on my back.
4. A big touted feature is the ability to disable the mag wheels so someone can push you; the chair doesn’t have handle bars so a person would need to hold the back seat frame which may be uncomfortable for someone in the chair

Bottom line is this model needs a lot revision/enhancements from the vendor in 2024 model year.
