The staff is accommodating and takes time to know the customers. I rode around the office with the new chair and it feels a bit touchy. I was told it would take about a week or so to get use to the joystick. I’ve never used a joystick before and I still struggle a bit with tight spaces. I’m not as good of a driver as the sales staff but with time I should do better. The chair is built like a tank. Great quality but a little heavy. I wish they had a lighter weight chair. I purchased ramps to help me get it in the trunk of my car. This made it easier for me.
