Purchased this for my 93 year old father. He struggled with the rear steering chair. This chair is much better in a small room also. We had one small issue with charging and received great help right away. They shipped a new part even though the chair was still working. I’ve noticed a few others in his living facility are now using this type of chair. Extremely happy still after 8 months.
