Customer Service is awesome!! The chair I bought is amazing. It navigates in my small non-wheelchair friendly house beautifully, and nits effortless on the soft carpet I had insrtall just a couple years ago, which was impossible to navigate with my manual chair. I just cant say enough about this company and their product.
