My experience was nice. They helped me understand the Platinum 8000 and explained all the features. They help show me the best ways to fold the chair and how to put it in the trunk of my car. I was worried it would not fit but it does. I wish it were a little lighter though. This chair is built really well, great quality, but with that comes a heavier weight chair. I’d buy it again.
