I had a great experience with Miracle Mobility. They’re more caring than other companies I have dealt with in the past. I had a part break, the arm, and I called and they shipped me a replacement part right away at no charge. You have to be careful with the arms. They lock up and if you force down the arm it will break. They showed me a video on how to raise and lower the armrests. It was helpful. Thank you for shipping the part right away.
