We love this chair! It fits in our van and it was so convenient to buy it at Costco. Waiting for a chair from the medical supply through our insurance was taking too long and we needed something for a trip. It held up nicely traveling via airplane several times. The foam on the handle got damaged on the plane and I got a prompt response from customer service with a solution for fixing it.
