The battery for my power wheelchair would not charge.   I called Miracle Mobility and they provided a replacement battery at no charge as it was under warranty.  Angel the customer service manager was very helpful and polite.  It is so nice when you purchase a product from a company that stand behind its product.   I strongly recommend Miracle Mobility.
