She answered all of our questions and helped us to understand the differences between the various models so that we could be sure to pick the best one for Mom. Seldom do I write a review but was compelled because of the quality of product and service. My wife can not walk any distance due to her health. Dan and Angel were very accommodating, and I decided to purchase the Platinum unit in red. This chair is built like a tank, but I can easily lift in and out of the rear doors of my truck. Everything about the chair is built well and my wife is easily able to control the unit and within 5 minutes had the unit mastered. Our first trip was to the park where we spent over an hour just seeing parts she has not seen in years. Thanks Miracle Mobility! -
Angel and Dan, thanks for your great and a prompt service. We got the Miracle Mobility Gold as a Xmas gift for our son and he absolutely loves it. His only complaint is that he can't drive the chair faster and the back-up horn. Also, would like to recommend having the foot rest as solid flat platform with no gaps, so that his small feet would not slip through. -
I purchased the Platinum 8000 power wheelchair from Costco about 2 weeks ago for my wife.The chair is awesome. It is comfortable, easy to use. It gives her more freedom and has made it alot easier for me. The customer service at Miracle Mobility is awesome, thank you very much. -
I received my Miracle Mobility a few weeks ago and I LOVE it! I took it on my trip to Busch Gardens and it worked like a champ, up and down hills and over cobblestone roads. The airport was also easily traveled, as I was able to roll my luggage alongside my wheelchair as I raced my husband on the moving walkway. We put the bottom storage bag on the top bar and put the control in it to protect it. Then we placed a luggage strap around the top bars when it was folded up to keep it from falling out. We put the battery in our carryon luggage and it all worked well. The first weekend after I received it, I also took it to a local amusement park and it did great there. It made me feel guilty as my family walked beside me! This chair could make me very lazy because it is very easy and fun to use. Angel, in customer service, went above and beyond to get my chair to me for my vacations. Communication is great with this company. Thank you. -

For a person really needing a chair this is for you. As a double amputee I use my Freedom XL 24/7. I don't normally write reviews but after having this chair for several months I felt you should know that when it comes to ease to transfer, manuverabily in the house as well as outside it can't be beat. As you are researching your purchase ( or you wouldn't be reading this) there are alot of similar chairs on the market. The dealer (Miracle Mobility) is the difference. They Can't be beat! They care about YOU the customer. As a person who needed a chair, I couldn't recommend a better Company! -

Happy with the quality of my Freedom Gold XL folding electric wheelchair. Smooth and quite ride, comfortable seat, battery life lasts for days, and can turn in very tight spaces. I don't like that the pocket is on the backrest as it is difficult to reach. Had a little trouble with trying to figure out the manual mode and electric mode with the joystick. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Then I realized it was user error. It folds really easy but it is a little bulky to lift. I’d recommend the Miracle Mobility Freedom Gold XL wheelchair. -

We are so pleased with our purchase of the 3 wheel scooter. The scooter is well built and of good quality. Great customer service, had a question with the power on button so we called customer service and thanks to Daniel. His patience and direction to resolve the issue proved more than adequate. I just love my new Freedom Gold XL folding wheelchair. Have had it now a few weeks. First experience was a trio from my condo to my local Publix. Chair performed great. I drove it on road, sidewalks (some accessible and some not). Overall trip was 4 miles plus riding around in Publix. Had fun. The battery level was still full when I got home. They claim up to 15 miles on full 2 battery charge and I believe it ! I have a lot of knowledge with electric mobility. Worked at Hoveround Wheelchair Company over 12 years. This chair is very well built to say the least. I highly recommend not just the chair but Mirical Mobility as well. They are fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable. -
Absolutely the best helpful, friendly and professional customer service I have received in a while.Quick to respond and insure I was well equipped with all the information needed to correctly and safely operate my mobility equipment. The wheelchair is high quality, easy to operate and extremely light weight. While traveling I received many compliments from the flight crew and baggage handlers with the airlines. Even other travelers stopped to comment on the size and response, for which I couldn't help but show off and show them the features and how easy it was to collapse. Their customer service is great to work with. We had an issue with one of the wheelchairs and ***** from Miracle Mobility called us to walk through some trouble shooting and she was very knowledgable about the wheel chair. In the end we were not able to resolve the issue and she scheduled for our defective wheel chair to be picked up and a new one expedited from a warehouse that is relatively closer to my home state so that we could get it faster.If you are not sure if you should be buying from them...I would say just buy it as their products are high quality and support is amazing.

I love the Miracle Mobility Platinum 8000 wheelchair. It is enjoyable to ride and provides a smooth and very comfortable ride. The joystick is a little tricky at first but after a couple days I was a pro. Love the company too as they are great with responding to my questions and were helpful when I called about a few questions after I got my chair. I'd highly recommend Miracle Mobility.

The electric wheelchair I bought works great and holds up under some rough conditions. The customer service for this company is fantastic. When I went over some rough terrain I lost some of the plastic parts from the chair. Called customer service this morning and the parts are on the way. No fuss at all. Not only did they solve my problem but they also provided some advice on how to deal with my chair in certain situations. Extremely helpful!! I highly recommend.

Ordered a wheelchair and received confirmation on December 2nd with a notice that it usually ships within a couple of days. Received a second notice that it had been shipped by FedEx. FedEx has found the notice that it will be shipped but hasn't been called. Have worked through FedEx and Costco with no results. I called the company and was told they were only a sales company. Would really appreciate any help to uncover what really happened

I purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum Wheelchair and I can't say enough about how nice this power wheelchair is. At first I had to get use to the joystick. Once I figured out how the joystick worked I was able to navigate smoothly inside and outside. The chair has a nice foam cushion and I have plenty of room sitting in the seat. I love the storage bags it comes with. The battery is a little difficult to reach as it is under the chair but charging is easy as I just plug the charger into the joystick. I am able to fold the chair quickly and it fits in my car. I've gotten quite a few comments about my new wheelchair and everyone seems to love it as much as I do. I recommend the Platinum 8000 Wheelchair. I'm heading on vacation soon and it's coming with me.

We have recently purchased the Freedom Gold Series for my husband who has increasing mobility issues specific to his left side from progressive MS. This chairs offers a continuing pathway for independence the goal of such a diagnosis. Angel the organizer and cheerleader ( she uses a Miracle Mobility product) and Dan the owner, go out of their way to insure everyone is in the proper device for their immediate and long term needs. The chair can be set to use the remote control via the dominant hand, light weight, I can lift it independently. ***** could as well, if needed to but would require a long process. We have traveled with it only in our vehicle, a Chevrolet Equinox. I can stand it in the trunk area and still have space for a suitcase, etc with it. BTW....Villagers, it fits on the back of a golf cart!! Uses the same straps as golf bags to secure in place. I hope to get a bag for it for the airplane.

Have you seen Miracle Mobility's Freedom Gold XL power chair. First of all its tough and sturdy. Weight capacity is 396 lbs. It weighs in at 55 lbs w/o the batteries because its made of aluminum alloy. It can go up to 14 miles with 2 lithium ion batteries supplying 500 Watts of power with a top speed of 3.75 miles per hour. I highly recommend this power chair and I love it, plain and simple.

I had a great experience today at Miracle Mobility. The technicians were super nice and helpful. I had a problem with my Platinum 8000 the chair was turning to the right when I was trying to go straight. I brought it to the store and they gave me a new Joystick and said it was still under warranty not to worry. No charge. These folks are great and truly professional and helpful. I have been to Miracle Mobility a couple times now and their service is the best. I had a cushion zipper that was coming apart and they gave me a new cushion. I wish the cushion was a little thicker but it’s ok. The armrest could be a little longer on the Platinum 8000 and I seem to sit a bit too low. They recommended that I get a second cushion to sit up higher. I tried it and it was better. Yes I recommend Miracle Mobility. .

My experience was nice. They helped me understand the Platinum 8000 and explained all the features. They help show me the best ways to fold the chair and how to put it in the trunk of my car. I was worried it would not fit but it does. I wish it were a little lighter though. This chair is built really well, great quality, but with that comes a heavier weight chair. I’d buy it again.

We had a great vacation and cruising with this chair is so much better than not having it. It folds to the size of a large suitcase so it didn’t take up a lot of room in our cabin. Practice the circle, (inside public restrooms/tight spaces) figure 8 (following the hostess at a restaurant or the rounders in your favorite stores) and capital T's (right angles for doorways, doctor's offices or long halls with 45 degree turns in your house). It's not a native skill, practicing forwards and backwards will save your walls and doorways! Have fun!
Miracle Mobility’s Platinum 8000 is a top-notch chair with excellent materials and extremely durable. The chair is powerful and easy to use. The 5 speed settings are nice but speed 5 is a little too fast

My neighbor purchased one of these chairs and she loves it. I had to get one and ordered it on line. It comes in a really large box that is heavy. I unpacked it and read the manual. The manual was easy to understand. I got confused with the electric mode vs manual mode but I figured it out. The joystick kept beeping at me. All is good now. Really pleased with my purchase as I am now zipping around. .

Our experience with Miracle Mobility was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The chair we purchased was the Platinum 8000. It is the XL chair that can accommodate my needs. I had to request spacers to make the chair a little wider. They gave me those and I purchased an extra cushion so I would sit a little higher in the chair. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this wheelchair for my grandpa. It arrived on time, is a little heavy but manageable. The chair folds easily, quick, responsive, durable, and has lots of pockets. The foot pad could be a little bigger but it does lift out of the way when getting on and off the chair. The armrests are tricky. They sometimes get stuck in the up position. You have to know how to lift and lower the armrests or they could break. We broke ours but were shipped a replacement part that week. Thank you!.

I had a great experience with Miracle Mobility. They're more caring than other companies I have dealt with in the past. I had a part break, the arm, and I called and they shipped me a replacement part right away at no charge. You have to be careful with the arms. They lock up and if you force down the arm it will break. They showed me a video on how to raise and lower the armrests. It was helpful. Thank you for shipping the part right away.

The battery for my power wheelchair would not charge. I called Miracle Mobility and they provided a replacement battery at no charge as it was under warranty. Great service and products. I’m very happy with my purchase of the Miracle Mobility Power Chair, but it’s a bit heavy with the battery to pick up and put in the trunk. I was told they had ramps so I also picked up the ramps.

Found the best price on open box power chairs at Amazon and purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum 8000 model. It is an electric wheelchairs that folds and fits in the trunk of our car. The choice was easy. Thank you so much and yes we highly recommend Miracle Mobility.

The staff is accommodating and takes time to know the customers. I rode around the office with the new chair and it feels a bit touchy. I was told it would take about a week or so to get use to the joystick. I’ve never used a joystick before and I still struggle a bit with tight spaces. I’m not as good of a driver as the sales staff but with time I should do better. The chair is built like a tank. Great quality but a little heavy. I wish they had a lighter weight chair. I purchased ramps to help me get it in the trunk of my car. This made it easier for me.

Thank you Miracle Mobility! My mother is now able to get in and out of the house. We took a flight and the airlines said I had to take the battery off of the chair and carry it on line. They also told me I had to cover the battery connector. Thank God I called the airlines in advance. We were able to get a 1” plastic cap to go over the battery connection. They need a travel case for this chair.

Fantastic product! Due to it's lightweight and compact deign it's much easier now for me or the attendant to take my old father outside home. I had a great experience today at Miracle Mobility. The technicians were super nice and helpful. I had a problem with my Platinum 8000 the chair was turning to the right when I was trying to go straight. I brought it to the store and they gave me a new Joystick and said it was still under warranty not to worry. No charge. These folks are great and truly professional and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.

I love the Miracle Mobility Platinum 8000 wheelchair. It is enjoyable to ride and provides a smooth and very comfortable ride. The joystick is a little tricky at first but after a couple days I was a pro. Love the company too as they are great with responding to my questions and were helpful when I called about a few questions after I got my chair. I’d highly recommend Miracle Mobility.

If you need a folding power wheelchair you need to check out Miracle Mobility. I scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time, We had my husband and my daughter at the appointment. We tested a couple models and Dan was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was handled in a most professional manner. He walked us out to the car to make sure we understood how to fold into the trunk and we practiced a few times getting the chair in and out of the trunk. The first time I went to the store I didn’t buy but after a week or research I returned and bought a wheelchair. They really do have the best prices. Highly Recommend!

The folks at staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase a demo 4N1 Power Walker Wheelchair for my grandma and love it. I haven't seen any product like this as it is new to the market. She is over the moon and doesn't have to be in pain trying to get around anymore!! Would recommend this place to anyone needing mobility aids.

We love this chair! It fits in our van and it was so convenient to buy it at Costco. Waiting for a chair from the medical supply through our insurance was taking too long and we needed something for a trip. It held up nicely traveling via airplane several times. The foam on the handle got damaged on the plane and I got a prompt response from customer service with a solution for fixing it.

Purchased this for my 93 year old father. He struggled with the rear steering chair. This chair is much better in a small room also. We had one small issue with charging and received great help right away. They shipped a new part even though the chair was still working. I’ve noticed a few others in his living facility are now using this type of chair. Extremely happy still after 8 months.

Wow Miracle Mobility!! They're more caring than other companies I have dealt with in the past. The leg on my chair broke while I was at Universal Studios on vacation. I called and the said bring it in and woudl fix it. I had a very tight time window to get it fixed and it took Dan 20 minutes to replace the broken part. Thank you for your fast service.

Needed an electric wheelchair as my husbands health was declining. We found Miracle Mobility and selected the Platinum 8000. We are not going to need to lift the chair in and out of the van so much as he is likly going to ben in the ALF full time. This chiar has given him a better quality of life getting mobil again. I purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum 8000 wheelchair, and I couldn’t be happier. The joystick is a little tricky at first to get use to, but I can now zip around without any problems. The chair is a little heavy and I need help lifting it into my car but if folds super easy and unfolds super easy. The sales staff were great and were very patient with me answering all my questions. The wheelchair provides a very smooth ride. The battery lasts a long time. The company is a delight to work with. I’d highly recommend Miracle Mobility.

Our experience with Miracle Mobility was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The chair we purchased was the Platinum 8000. It is the XL chair that can accommodate my needs. I had to request spacers to make the chair a little wider. They gave me those and I purchased an extra cushion so I would sit a little higher in the chair. Very happy with my purchase.

I wish the cushion was a little thicker but it’s ok. The armrest could be a little longer on the Platinum 8000 and I seem to sit a bit too low. They recommended that I get a second cushion to sit up higher. I tried it and it was better. Yes I recommend Miracle Mobility. .

I just had to write a review regarding my Electric Wheelchair. I purchased the Miracle Mobility Freedom Gold D05.....I absolutely love it! I have Multiple Sclerosis and sometimes need extra assistance when I'm having an attack. My legs give me issues and I have extreme fatigue. This chair is lightweight, folds and fits in the trunk of my car. It rides so smooth, is easy to fold and unfold....which takes less that a couple minutes. It's my saving grace. I contacted them prior to my purchase and it was such an informative and positive experience. The reviews also helped me make my decision. You cannot go wrong with this company or their products. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were able to go to the Miracle Mobility office and pick out our own electric wheelchair chair. They had a red and black platinum 8000 that was a demo. They showed me how the chair worked and took the time to explain to us all the features. We couldn't be happier.

We purchased the Silver Plus Light Weight Wheelchair for my Mom to provide her with an option for additional mobility on days she has difficulty walking. The battery for my power wheelchair would not charge. I called Miracle Mobility and they provided a replacement battery at no charge as it was under warranty. Angel the customer service manager was very helpful and polite. It is so nice when you purchase a product from a company that stand behind its product. I strongly recommend Miracle Mobility.

Update: I've upgraded to the Black and Red Platinum 8000 this year, pictured is me in the Silver, but I chose the Red and Black model. The 8000 has more storage bags and a raiseable push bar for when my husband wants to push. It can be operated with remote control which is so handy for parking it when I am using my manual wheelchair.
I had the Freedom Series Gold and loved it as well. We are museum and park people and love the way it handles on the different terrains and tight spaces in the gift and educational shops. It has some zip to it.

I purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum Wheelchair and I can’t say enough about how nice this power wheelchair is. At first I had to get use to the joystick. Once I figured out how the joystick worked I was able to navigate smoothly inside and outside. The chair has a nice foam cushion and I have plenty of room sitting in the seat. I love the storage bags it comes with. The battery is a little difficult to reach as it is under the chair but charging is easy as I just plug the charger into the joystick. I am able to fold the chair quickly and it fits in my car. I’ve gotten quite a few comments about my new wheelchair and everyone seems to love it as much as I do. I recommend the Platinum 8000 Wheelchair. I’m heading on vacation soon and it’s coming with me.

Miracle Mobility’s Platinum 8000 is a top-notch chair with excellent materials and extremely durable. The chair is powerful and easy to use. The 5 speed settings are nice but speed 5 is a little too fast.

Use speed level 1 inside the house and most buildings, feather light touch on the toggle switch until you practice your circles, figure 8's and T turns, forward and backwards. It's not a native skill, but practice will save you from getting stuck in the men's room and make it so much easier to weave through the tables at restaurants or other public places...call 24/7 Miracle Mobility 888.375.7128

Love this powerchair. Great quality with lots of storage. The ride is comfortable and the joystick is easy to use. I can zip around all day and still have a full battery. I don’t think I will need the Bluetooth remote but it is nice to have just in case. Some of the instructions were in Chinese but the manual was in English so I was able to get help with syncing the Bluetooth without any issues. Folding the wheelchair is quick and easy but the chair is a little heavier than I expected. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this power wheelchair to anyone who needs a little help getting around.

Fantastic product! Due to it's lightweight and compact deign it's much easier now for me or the attendant to take my old father outside home. The design helps taking sharp turns so conveniently and effortlessly. I can also now lift it easily into/outside the car due to it's low weight. This wheelchairs is very smart looking also. Wish we had bought this product much earlier.

I just got my gold series a week ago and took some getting use too.
I love the practically zero turn.
Way fast.
Havent tried any Ramps yet.Been raining
Looking forward to using more often.
My wife is a former nurse and helps with every thing.
When I found I was stage 4 cancer and given 3-6 months prognosis I sold my boat and bought the chair with some of the money.
