The electric wheelchair I bought works great and holds up under some rough conditions. The customer service for this company is fantastic. When I went over some rough terrain I lost some of the plastic parts from the chair. Called customer service this morning and the parts are on the way. No fuss at all. Not only did they solve my problem but they also provided some advice on how to deal with my chair in certain situations. Extremely helpful!! I highly recommend.
